Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
Shift: 4-Day Work Week (10-hour shifts) | Monday – Friday (Rotating Weekends)

The Role: More Than Just Vitals
We are looking for a dynamic, fast-paced Medical Assistant who thrives on variety. You’re the first face our patients see and the right hand to our providers. You’ll be the "glue" that keeps the day running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Be the Guide: Greet patients, capture their stories (medical history), and prep them for a great visit.
The Essentials: Master the vitals—BP, weight, temp—and keep medication lists accurate.
Clinical Support: Administer injections, assist in procedures, and handle lab/imaging orders with precision.
Patient Champion: Educate patients on their treatments and make sure they leave feeling heard and cared for.
Tech Savvy: Navigate eClinicalWorks (eCW) to keep records secure and up to date.
Who You Are:
A People Person: You’re outgoing, compassionate, and can build a rapport with a patient in under 60 seconds.
A Problem Solver: You see a bottleneck in the schedule and you fix it before it starts.
A Professional: You value confidentiality and high standards above all else.
Experience: You have a solid foundation in Family Practice or Internal Medicine (Ideally 1– 2 years) and you know your way around an EMR.

Requirements:
High School Diploma.
Proven experience in a fast-paced Family or Internal Medicine setting.
Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a major plus!
